תגובת דר’ אילנה גלייטמן לדרישת המעון בלוד להשיב הדרכה שיקומית

למרבה הצער והמבוכה, השירות לעיוור אינו מודע כלל למציאות. אנחנו המורים השיקומיים חשבנו בעבר ש”אנחנו” המורים ו”הם” משרד הרווחה – באותו צד. חשבנו שכולנו מגוייסים למטרה אחת: שמירה על רמת שירות גבוהה, יציבה, אמינה וארוכת טווח, לאדם העיוור.
כנראה שטעינו.
השירות לעיוור מנותק מהמציאות. עד כדי כך מנותק, שטועה ומטעה את הציבור לחשוב שהמורים התפטרו…
ובכן, הרינו להודיעכם כי ביום 28/10/2010 קיבלו כל עובדי מגדל אור מכתבי פיטורים עקב פירוק העמותה בבית המשפט.
אנחנו מפוטרים, לא התפטרנו!
להלן מכתב התשובה שהגיע למעון בלוד, אשר פנה לשירות לעיוור בבקשה להחזיר לעבודה את המורה ג’קי:

לצערנו, בימים אלה אין שירותי הדרכה שיקומית לאחר שכל צוות המורים התפטר.
אנו תקווה כי בזמן הקרוב תפטר הבעיה והמורים יחזרו לעבודה.

לא מובן… הם טועים בכוונה או לא בכוונה?! איך יכול להיות שאילנה גלייטמן לא יודעת שהמורים מפוטרים ואין להם מעסיק?!
שגיאות כתיב כל כך גסות?
חוצפה- משרד הרווחה מוכיח שוב בדיוק באיזה צד הוא- משקרים ללא בושה לציבור העוורים.
